Follow the A354: on Dorchester Road, right at Manor Roundabout onto Weymouth Way. Across Chaffeys Roundabout (still on Weymouth Way) to Westham Roundabout (the marina is on your left). Across this to Harbour Roundabout (Asda is on your right). Follow the signs for Portland (you should now be on Rodwell Road). First lights are pedestrian, second lights take the left filter lane into Rodwell Avenue. Go slowly as we are the first drive on the left.

If however you go astray and end up on the seafront, follow signs to Timewalk/Brewers Quay (tourist signs). Try to cross Town Bridge and bear right. This will bring you to Harbour Roundabout with Asda in front of you. Turn left onto Rodwell Road. If you are unable to cross Town Bridge and find yourself at Swannery Bridge (close to the back of Debenhams) crossing this will find you at Westham Roundabout.
             

Come along the harbour (Custom House Quay), not sea front - restaurants & pubs on right, water, condor ferry and fishing boats on left.  Straight ahead you will see Town Bridge.  To get over this bridge take the third turning on the right ( St Mary Street) and then turn left at the junction on to St Edmund Street. 

This road will then bring you up and on to Town Bridge.  Straight opposite is a large church.  As you come off Town Bridge the road bears around to the right (North Quay).  At this point the harbour is on your right.  Go past the council offices, the Fire Station and at the roundabout take the first turning left ( Rodwell Road, also known as Boot Hill).  First set of lights are pedestrian, go over these.  Then you will come to a mini roundabout, go straight across.  The next set of lights are traffic lights, take the left hand filter into Rodwell Avenue.  Go slowly around the corner as our guesthouse is just there on the left.
